About us

Mine Threats and Modern Detection Challenges

Ukraine is one of the most heavily mined countries in the world.

Millions of hectares are contaminated with explosive remnants, cluster munitions, and minefields.

Adaptation of mines to existing detection methods.

We are facing new types of mines that cannot be detected by previously developed detectors because their casings are made of plastic.

Burial depth and load-activated detonation mechanisms.

New mines can be buried at depths of up to two meters, with a detonation system positioned above that is triggered only when heavy machinery passes over them.

Traditional methods

High risks for deminers.

The work requires extreme precision, concentration, and time; every step remains life-threatening.

Slowness

Previous methods were not designed for such large-scale areas as in Ukraine. Modern times require faster and safer approaches.

High cost of foreign equipment

The machines cost millions of euros, repairs run into hundreds of thousands, and can take months.

Limitations in complex terrains

Not all fields, forests, or swamps are suitable for heavy machinery.

We carry out humanitarian demining in the following areas:

Research project

A research project focused on developing an explosive detection technology based on the gamma spectrometry method.

Clearing mined areas of vegetation prior to technical survey

We use drones for efficient vegetation removal prior to technical surveys, enabling safer and faster identification of hazardous objects.

Technical survey

We use equipment to accurately determine the locations of explosive objects.

Demining using machines and mechanisms

We use specialized equipment to clear large areas, significantly speeding up the process and reducing risks for sappers.

Non-technical survey

We analyze areas to identify threats and plan demining operations.

Manual demining

Sappers carry out manual demining, carefully surveying the area and neutralizing explosive hazards.

Clearing of combat zones

We carry out clearance operations in areas affected by shelling to restore a safe environment for civilians.

Educating the population about mine hazards

We conduct educational activities to raise public awareness about mines and explosive remnants of war, teaching safety rules.

Direct neutralization

We organize the controlled destruction of mines and remnants of ammunition, reducing risks for local residents.
